Vincent DeLeonibus, Education Sales Manager

As the Education Sales Manager, Vincent Deleonibus has been an esteemed member of The Wilson Group since September 2013. With a wealth of experience and as one of the most seasoned members of the team, he has played a crucial role in the company’s remarkable growth. Spearheading the company’s education sales efforts, Vinnie has propelled TWG to become the leading provider of workflow solutions in the education market within the region. His exceptional ability to cultivate strong client relationships and his inventive approach to problem-solving has been vital in his success, effectively solidifying this business within the organization.

Vinnie boasts an impressive career spanning nearly two decades in the industry. He began his professional journey working for Ron Simmons at Simmons Business Systems, continuing with him at Konica Minolta following their acquisition in 2005. Advancing through the ranks, he earned multiple President’s Club trips and secured the notable achievement of being ranked the #3 Major Account Representative in the United States in 2009. He eventually received a promotion to Branch Sales Manager.

Since joining TWG, Vinnie has consistently excelled, earning nine consecutive President’s Club awards and ranking among the top five Sharp sales representatives nationwide for the past four years. In addition to his accomplishments, Vinnie generously supports others within the organization. He mentors new salespeople and assists in the field during deliveries and installations, demonstrating his dedication to teamwork and collaboration.

Residing in Glenshaw, PA, Vinnie shares his life with his wife, Tina, stepdaughter Maison (24), and son Dante (16). A proud Taylor Allderdice High School graduate, he showcased his athletic prowess and served as a student leader. Vinnie furthered his education at Washington & Jefferson College, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and later pursued an MBA at Robert Morris University.

A fervent sports enthusiast, Vinnie wholeheartedly supports all Pittsburgh sports teams, particularly the Pittsburgh Pirates and Pitt Panthers. He cherishes spending quality time with his family, indulging in his passion for cooking, golfing, and exploring the picturesque rivers of Pittsburgh through boating.
