Nicole Maddox

Nicole Maddox serves as The Wilson Group’s Client Success Manager. She is responsible for creating, cultivating, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. Nicole has a diverse background including self-care, senior care management, and entrepreneurial ventures.  

Her journey began at Dial America, where she developed her customer service and sales skills in the telemarketing world. She resolved customers’ inquiries, questions and concerns to consistently offer quality service. Collaborated with the management team to resolve challenges in a timely manner. Maintained customer records in a database and worked closely with customers to understand their requirements to provide exceptional service.  

While working in the telemarking field she transitioned into the beauty industry, where she spent two decades doing hair, skincare, nails, makeup, and electrolysis services for her clients in downtown Pittsburgh. Once again forging long-lasting relationships with strong interpersonal skills. She worked at Dial America and Genesis Hair Salon until her son was diagnosed with leukemia. 

She took time off to care for her child and when she returned to the work force shifted to another customer-focused career in senior care management. For over 15 years, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and compassion in ensuring the health and well-being of elderly clients. She managed all aspects of client care from maintaining financial records to recruiting, hiring, and training new care staff and built an exceptional rapport with doctors, staff, and family. Tragically she lost her last client right at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. During that time, she founded a business specializing in furniture restoration and the creation of handmade garden statues.   

Nicole’s years of working in customer-centric positions have given her the ability to understand the unique needs of our diverse client base. Her primary goal is to serve as a bridge between The Wilson Group and our clients to assist in providing the ultimate customer first experience.
