The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience of generating sales leads and is passionate about the industries that our client works within and have the experience in selling at an enterprise level. Other requirements include:

  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies
  • Schedule all sales activity
  • Achieve $35k monthly Hardware Quota (4 Month ramp-up period) 
  • Build on and maintain a customer database
  • Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities 
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Negotiate contract terms and product selection with clients
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Prepare and present sales contracts
  • Perform 90-day account review 
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person 
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships by following up on sales activities
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up with management 
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions & product development 

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Knowledge of basic business principles
  • Experience in making presentations
