Robin Lopes has many years of experience in the customer service field. She enjoys meeting new people and finding ways to help them have a positive experience. Robin began her journey with The Wilson Group in the supplies department fulfilling customer requests and maintaining a current, precise inventory. During that time, she received many accolades from both customers and employees for a job well done. Recently when a new position opened internally, Robin applied for, was interviewed and hired as the new Warehouse and Logistics Manager. Under this new role, Robin is responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments of goods, inventory and keeping both customers and sales reps informed of delivery dates/times and any issues that may arise. Her enthusiasm for this new position is evident every day and shows through her hard work and commitment to everything The Wilson Group stands for.
